This good stay brought me joy with its beautiful vintage architecture and spacious, well-equipped Double or Twin Room with Sea View. I loved starting my mornings on the lovely terrace, enjoying breakfast while overlooking the captivating garden and distant sea views. The staff's warmth and willingness to provide local insights added an extra touch of personal care to my experience.

Hotel Canali, Portofino Coast, features charming Art Nouveau architecture and delightful gardens filled with lemon, orange, and grapefruit trees. The staff, especially Melany, were incredibly helpful and offered fantastic recommendations. Breakfast was a lovely spread enjoyed outside on the terrace.

this hotel is an absolute joke. the parking situation is ridiculous, not free like it should be. also, the amenities are laughable—no free water or slippers, it’s 40 degrees outside! i would have expected a complimentary gesture for all the hassle but the staff was too busy ignoring my requests. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

Hotel Canali provided a delightful stay with its charming Art Nouveau architecture, a lovely terrace for breakfast overlooking the beautiful Ligurian gardens, and exceptionally helpful staff, particularly Melany, who went above and beyond with recommendations and assistance during our visit. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring fresh options and served in a pleasant environment. It was also a short and scenic walk to the center of Rapallo!

Lack of elevator.

the room was nice but it had a little bit of noise from the street (not too bad tho). the view of rapallo bay was incredible. breakfast on the terrace was lovely. melany at reception was super helpful!
